She has a wealth of experience as an instructor with over 10 years of teaching and coaching experience. Angela created this website in 2003 when she was a brand new educator to support teachers develop an optimistic attitude and to share classroom ideas. The original name was Ms. Powell's Teaching Management Ideas until 2008 when the site changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers. The change came after she had published her first book. Angela's professional training in productivity has been implemented in more than 45,000 schools as part of the 40 Hour Workweek program. The program was initially designed to help educators, but 40 Hour was then expanded into a coaching program for instructional teachers and administrative staff.
