Dick Cheney was a chief of Staff to Presidents, was a member of the United States Congress as Secretary of Defense and was a part of the country in a variety of roles. Cheney is a man with integrity who is respected by Republicans and Democrats. Cheney declares that he's a discreet but honest advisor to Bush in his administration.
